These prices are a ballpark figure and are subject to change depending on any unforeseen disbursements that may come up.  As well these prices are dependent on both parties living within the Province of Alberta.   When parties live in another province or even another country there are extra costs associated with the Divorce.  I do not take a percentage of the value of the estate but rather a flat fee. Any questions regarding this can be answered in the free 30 minute consultation that I provide.

Disclaimer:  If the separation agreement includes property, specifically the matrimonial home and there will be a spousal buyout, most lenders do require that the parties obtain legal advice.  I can prepare the document in its entirety but you will need to obtain legal advice and get it notarized by a lawyer.
