Assisted with Separation Agreement

I highly recommend Christine Savoy of Mattlena Paralegal & Legal Coaching. As a residential mortgage broker, I am required to provide a Separation Agreement for clients who are separated when one or both parties are looking to buy a home. My long-term clients had recently separated, and one party wanted to buy the spousal home. They had agreed on everything that was required, they just needed the Agreement prepared and signed. I referred them to Christine to assist them in preparing the Separation Agreement. Christine reached out to them immediately and completed the agreement quickly and efficiently. As well, she prepared an amendment so that one party could pay off some personal debts with their share of the equity.

With her knowledge and expertise, she was able to complete this quickly so that we could proceed to obtaining an approval. My clients were very appreciative of her professionalism, assistance and knowledge, and appreciated the support and explanations every step of the way, making it easier and less stressful than they anticipated.
